End of Tenancy Cleaning

Ariston Services trains operatives who specialise in in-depth cleaning projects .e.g. at the end of a tenancy or for spring-cleaning. Maids can be equipped with everything needed to clean all areas of the property, including kitchen appliances and cupboards. We have our own carpet and upholstery cleaning services (see separate section) and we can also provide extra property maintenance services: painting, decorating, electrics, carpentry, building repairs, rubbish removal, window cleaning. This is a full-package service often requested within our end-of-tenancy offer. We are happy to deal with last-minute requests.

Refresh all corners of your property by the book

The team will start unloading their professional detergents and equipment as soon as they park the van beside your property. The cleaners’ arsenal includes brooms, dusters, window squeegees, mops and buckets, vacuum cleaners, step ladders, various multi-purpose detergents, and professional oven cleaning equipment. They will work for as many hours as needed and here are some of the areas they’d usually focus on:

General property clean-up: Remove cobwebs from ceilings, clean light switches and picture frames, wipe door frames and handles, wipe all window elements on the inside;

Kitchen: Clean cupboards inside out, dust rubbish bins, clean soap dispensers, descale sinks, remove stains & mildew (whenever possible) from all white goods;

Floors: Mop all surfaces, clean floor edges, dust radiators, perform hot water extraction (steam) carpet cleaning, move light furniture to access out-of-reach spots;

Bathroom/Toilet: Disinfect baths/WCs/shower cubicles, check for hair around drainage, descale bathroom tiles, clean mirrors.
